I authorize the Company to use any photograph, video, or recording in which I and/or my child appear for promotional literature, displays, social media, website content, or any other media or format representing the Company to the community, in perpetuity and without compensation.

I release all rights to such media and waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, its use, or any edited or altered versions. I agree that neither I, my child, nor anyone claiming through us will make any claim against the Company for compensation or damages arising from the use of these materials.
