LOCATION:
Our Fundays are held at Harbor Island Park in the Stephen Johnson Pavilion. We will send detailed directions and a map the day before your first program date.
DROP OFF/PICK UP:
Doors open at 8:50am. As you sign in, we will verify that all necessary forms have been completed.
Pick-up for half day is 12:00pm and full day is 3:00pm.
Parents/Caregivers must be listed on the approved pick up list and MUST have identification.
WHAT TO BRING:
-Nut-free snack (half and full days)
-Water bottle (half and full day)
-Nut-free lunch (full days only)
-Epi-pen / inhaler (if applicable)
WHAT TO WEAR:
Please dress for the weather.
Please apply any sunscreen and/or bug spray prior to arrival
ADDITIONAL:
Our team of trained teachers follow strict safety protocols to ensure that all students are always safe and secure. We also prioritize inclusivity and strive to create a welcoming and accepting environment for all children. Please let us know ahead of time if there are any accommodations or medical information about your child so our staff can provide the most awesome experience.
To support our screen-free environment, we ask that all personal devices remain in children’s bags during camp. Please note that Brooklyn Robot Foundry is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
FAQ
- What number can I call if I need to reach you in the middle of the day?
- 646-284-5351 or 914-200-4879. If we cannot answer the phone, leave a message and we will return your call.
- Will my child be with their friend(s)?
- All of our students will remain together all day. If you’ve requested your child be with a friend, we’ll try to seat them together at the same table.
- Is there food provided?
- We do not provide any food. Please send a nut-free lunch and snack with your child.
- Will you be going outside?
- We will be heading out to the playground if the weather permits. If inclement weather, excessive heat, or an unhealthy air index, we will do extra movement and playtime indoors instead.
